  4. Commands have changed in Snews later than version 1.22

  6. Please read the file commands.doc before using Snews version 1.23 or
  7. later for the first time.

  9. Also as of Snews 1.25 the files ng and active.bat are no longer
  10. included in the distribution. NG is no longer needed unless you wish
  11. to control posting to selected newsgroups (which it will still
  12. perform if present) The function previously carried out by active.bat
  13. is now performed by the DIS front end.
